Membership Matters

We invite to YOU to join Bayou Tri Parish Alumni Chapter.  An organization with privileges-

SUstain the Southern University’s legacy by encouraging younger generations

to make SU their Choice.

​

Serve as a mentor to those in your community that attends SU.

​

SUpport financially students with the quest to become a SU Alumni; and stay informed and connected to the happenings of beloved SU and fellow alumni.

There are several membership types. All members of the local chapter are entitled to the same privileges and rights of the chapter.  The local chapter membership types are as follow:

Regular Member

SU graduate paying local chapter due ($25) and the Alumni Federation due ($50).

Current life Member

SU graduate paying local chapter due ($25) and the National Maintenance fee ($25)

Local Member

SU graduate paying and joining the local chapter only.  Please check this category if your Alumni Federation dues have been paid.

A non- Southern University graduate paying and joining the local chapter only.
